Re-visit Anamori Inari Shrine then go home

昨夜住羽田機場旅館，今晨再訪穴守稻荷神社 (Anamori Inari Shrine)，等下退房後可搭旅館巴士去機場，下午 14:35 班機回松山機場，本次度假避暑 (或避梅雨?)，輕鬆愉快，圓滿結束。

Last night we stayed at an airport hotel, and this morning we made another visit to the nearby shrine of Anamori Inari. After check-out, we took the hotel shuttle bus to Haneda Airport, and took the 14:35 flight back to Songshan, ending up this escape from the summer heat (or the monsoon rain?).

Roof-top garden spa and pool

空中庭園 SPA 及溫水游泳池 — 我的最愛，每天都來報到，雖然水溫太高，我也盡力游完 600-800 米。

Roof-top garden SPA and pool -- this is my favorate. I come here everyday, and swim about 600-800 meters every time, even though the hotspring water is too warm for swimming.

Fox and blackbird

最後一次再走國道 240，路過露營區時進去繞了一下。回程在湖濱散步時，遇到了狐狸和烏鴉。

While the last time walking along Route 240, we made a short visit to the campsite near the Akan Hot-spring area. On our way back to the hotel, we saw a fox with a blackbird nagging behind it. It's really an interesting scene.

Last day stroll at Akanko Onsen

6/17 (Su) We visited the visitor center. The building is of European style. Inside the building, one can see real-time video of this area in several viewing angles. There are also many pamphlets for visitors to freely obtain. We also went to visit the Eco Museum near the Bokke area. Part of the floor of the museum shows aerial image of this area. We can see our hotel too. On the way, I also took photos of the designs on manhole covers of Akanko. They are interesting and beautiful.

6/17 (Su) 我們造訪遊客中心，是一棟歐式建築。中心裡可以看到阿寒風景區內不同視角的實時攝影景像。裡面也有許多精緻手冊或單張旅遊資料，供人免費拿取。我們也去在 Bokke 那邊的生態博物館。該館地板的一部分印有阿寒地區的空照圖，我們住的旅館也可以分辨出來。來回途中，我拍了幾張阿寒地區人孔蓋的圖案設計，非常好看又有趣。

6/16 (Sa) 出太陽了，氣溫14度。沿溫泉街往西，路過阿寒小學、中學，遙見雌阿寒山冒著煙，山頂有雪。路上我們也借著手機 app 形色玩著辨識花草的遊戱。

然後，我們搭船遊湖，約一小時 20 分鐘，造訪急流島上的毬藻 Marimo 展示館，雄阿寒山在東，雌阿寒山在西，昨天去的滑雪場也可看到。

6/16 (Sa) The sun has come out, 14 degrees now. In the morning, we walked along the hot-spring street westward, and visited Akan Elementary School and Akan Middle School. On the way, we could see Mt Meakan in far distance, with white smoke coming out of its peak where signs of snow were still visible. On the way, we also played a game of identifying plants and flowers with help of "Form and Color", a mobile device app.

Then we took a  boat ride for about one hour and 20 minutes. The boat brought us to the ‘Marimo Exhibition and Observayion Center’ on the Churui Island. On the deck, we can see Mt Oakan on the east and Mt Meakan on the west, near Mt Meakan, we can clearly see the ski-field where we visited yesterday.

Ski-field observatory and woods stroll

6/15 (Fr) 4 度，去滑雪場展望台，眺望阿寒湖，回程有遇到小鹿，可惜沒能來得及為它拍照。然後，我們去林中散步，涵養芬多精。下午去阿伊努村看表演（不能拍照），然後參觀手工藝展覧。

6/15 (Fr), 4 degrees, we went to the ski-field observatory for viewing the Akan Lake from a higher position. When we got back, on the way we met a little deer. The encounter was too soon to take a photo of it. We strolled in the woods afterwords, for absorbing some phytocide. We went to see Ainu performance in the afternoon (not allowed to take photos) and visited the Ainu handicrafts show.

First walk to Bokke

6/14 (Th) 清晨下小雨，有風，我們沿湖畔步道走到 Bokke 噴泥口，聞到滿滿硫磺氣味。回來時走國道 240，往溫泉村路過阿伊努村 Ainu Kotan。

6/14 (Th) Drizzling and windy this morning. We strolled the trail along the lakeshore of Akan till the Bokke area, where boiling mud puffs with smoke full of sulfurous odor. When we returned, we walked on Route 240, and then turned back to the hot-spring village. On the way, we passed the Ainu Kotan (Ainu Village).

Stay at the New Akan Hotel

Arrived in Kushiro with ANA Airways, which has free wifi on board. Then by bus, also with free wifi, we came to Akan Onsen and checked in to the New Akan Hotel. 

Very cold today, high as 7 degrees, feels like 1 degree. Had a walk around the hotel and bought some food for lunch. In the hotel, we have breakfast and dinner included. The buffet in hotel is okay, but so many people in the restaurant at dining time.
